At 07:44 am 25 May 2025  Hungarian time, the NASA’s 32nd SpaceX Resupply Mission splashed down off the coast of California from the International Space Station – a moment of special significance for Hungary. On board the Dragon spacecraft is the single crystal growth experiment of the Chemical Crystallography Research Laboratory, Centre for Structural Science,  HUN-REN Research Centre for Natural Sciences, part of the Kirara#6 mission, has returned to Earth! The experiment travelled to the ISS in a special container alongside crystal growth studies from other research teams, and has spent one month on board the ISS in microgravity.
